Yes, a meet-and-greet is available and can be arranged in advance for an additional fee. Your chauffeur will be waiting inside the terminal—for domestic flights, just before baggage claim; for international flights, right outside customs—holding a sign with your name so you can spot them easily.
Every airport pickup includes a grace period—30 minutes for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international—starting from the time your plane arrives. If you need more time beyond that, we’re happy to wait. Any additional wait time will be billed at the hourly rate for your reserved vehicle.
